– Same-Day Delivery Fee will be added once you click local delivery - Upload Your ID at Checkout (Must Be 21+)
– A clear photo of the front of your ID is required.
– The name and delivery address must match the ID. - Relax – We’re On the Way
– Delivery typically arrives within 45–90 minutes during delivery hours.
– Your driver will check your ID at the door before handing over your cigars.

- No refunds once delivery has been dispatched.
- The name on the order must match the name on the ID.
- The delivery address must be the same as the address on the ID.
- We cannot leave cigars at the door – you must be present to receive the order.
- If you are unavailable or cannot present valid ID, the order may be canceled and the delivery fee is non-refundable.
