🔁 Return Policy – Clubs and Sticks

We want you to love what you order. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Cigars and tobacco products (due to hygiene and federal law)

• Custom or personalized items

• Clearance or final-sale items

Return Process:

1. Email info@clubsandsticks.net with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you a return authorization and address.

3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs, if applicable).

Exchanges:

Need a different size or item? Reach out — we’re happy to help arrange an exchange if eligible.
